Designed by Eero Sallinen, whose works are featured in the Finnish Glass Museum. Handmade at the Riihimäki glassworks in the 1950-60s.
Bullicante is a technique involving controlled bubbles in glass, originated by Italian glassblowers in Murano in the 1930s. Bubbles became a decorative element, and the complex technology was mastered by highly skilled artisans in Italy and Nordics.
